Total = Your Career Temperature

85-100 points: You likely have a high level of professional clarity and truly are leading your career. You’re in a job, job search, or professional situation that brings out your best and allows space for you to grow or are headed toward it. You could likely benefit from considering quarterly fine-tuning and reflection on your strengths, unique value, ideas, growing edges, vulnerabilities, ideal organizational culture, learning/career goals, and next steps.

70-84 points: You likely have some professional clarity and may be in the right job, job search, or professional situation or headed toward it, but could benefit from structured reflection time (about 2-4 times a month if possible) to clarify your strengths, unique value, ideas, growing edges, vulnerabilities, ideal organizational culture, learning/career goals, and next steps.

Less than 70 points: You likely could benefit from having a good deal more professional clarity and some immediate and fairly significant step back time (weekly, if possible) and perhaps formal support to clarify your strengths, unique value, ideas, growing edges, vulnerabilities, ideal organizational culture, learning/career goals, and next steps.
